A couple of weeks ago I shared with you my green detox juice recipe for a healthy start to your day. This week I thought I would share my red juice recipe; I try to use organic fruits and veggies for these juices to really make them as healthy as possible:
Beetroot, red apple, carrot
As per the previous recipe, wash the fruits and veggies, mix in the juicer, pour in a glass, add a thin slice of apple on the glass for the decoration and enjoy!
Tip: The juicer does the job for you and extracts only the juice from the ingredients however I do peel the beetroot before juicing it as I find the taste too 'earthy' otherwise.
