Sesame crusted tuna & wasabi mayonnaise

1

I could eat raw fish everyday! It's so fresh, healthy and there are so many recipes to try out that I just can't get enough of it!
Here is my sesame crusted tuna & wasabi mayonnaise recipe:

RECIPE
1 Tuna steak
Freshly grated ginger
Soy sauce
Wasabi
Sesame seeds
Mayonnaise
Onion sprouts

1- Rinse the tuna under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel

2- In a bowl combine the soy sauce, wasabi & grated ginger (all measurements to taste) and leave the tuna to marinate in the mixture for approx. 30mins (image 4 & 5)

3-When ready brush some extra wasabi on the tuna for an extra kick

4- Coat the tuna with mixed sesame seeds (image 6 & 7)

5- Cook for about 1 minute in a hot pan with a little canola oil or sunflower oil

6- For the Wasabi mayonnaise simply mix both ingredients together (image 8)

Brush your plate with the wasabi mayonnaise (image 9) and place the sliced tuna on top, garnish with some onion sprouts.

Enjoy!!
